Ultra Block manufactures a wide variety of concrete blocks for structural and non structural walls.
The machine is state of the art and has a high production capacity which will allow us to meet the growing demand for concrete blocks.
Ultra Block is capable of meeting the supply schedules for big construction projects and high volume orders (tens of thousands per day) without compromising the consistency and strength of each block.
The method of production utilizes the most advanced technologies in block manufacturing using table vibration combined with a computerized monitoring system to ensure a uniform mixture and an identical finished product both in strength and in shape.

The mixers are equipped with humidity sensors and the weighing station is also computerized to guarantee a zero to minimal variance in the mixture which is vital for production of a consistent high quality product.
